All through my stay, despite the long waits, I was very well explained to which have me calm and pleased to wait. The staff are everything kind.
Suggested improvements
The only thing for me is just the time the bed spaces in labour ward are made available. But I am sure this is being managed.

Overall the staff are always friendly and answer any queries.
Suggested improvements
Although we understand all the tests etc take time, it would be good to know where you are in the queue, whilst waiting for next stage.
